SOLUTION FOCUSED LEGAL THINKING
Anne has been diligently representing families since 2017. Specifically, she has represented 140+ clients in child protection cases in several counties throughout Minnesota. Additionally, she has extensive appellate experience, having appealed eleven judgments in four different counties. In 2019, Anne won an appellate case, reversing a termination of parental rights and ultimately having the children returned to their Mother’s care.
In 2021, Anne contracted with Hennepin County Adult Rehabilitative Services to provide appellate representation to clients who qualify for court appointed counsel.
Though primarily focused on child protection, Anne also has experience with maltreatment determinations, family law litigation, grandparents’ rights and adoptions.
